Like with “Dim Groupe SAS" (underwear company) where we increased the share of the group's innovation turnover from 13 to 23% (140M €) by restructuring resources and business innovation strategy. Results which made it possible to promote the group's brand / IP assets in the context of Hanes Brands M&A.

Objective 
Lead and establish the design strategy and model (service, experience, codesign,digital design) across the organization. Build & Run experience design programs related to RFPs, Offer Dev, business line strategy.  Attract and develop future design leaders for the company 

Key Results 
YoY contribution to $1Bio deal flows (retention/recruit) year on year.  Standardize  workable service design pratices for the company. One stop shop for our digital assets with the design system.

GROWTH/ENGINE

HANESBRANDS

Objectives 
Full accountability on PNL for the organization (46 ftes), reporting directly to thegroup Chief Strategy Officer and on dotted lines to the CEO. Build & Run Growth Agenda and related innovation plans for mid-term business dev. Mentoring IP strategy. Delivercultural change programs around corporate venturing and open innovation.

 Key Results 
Increase assets value for the acquisition of DBA by HBi Inc.  +8% CACGR in Sales with innovation products platforms (FY11-FY15). Reduced by 2 folds our time to market for innovative solutions.

COLLECTIVE/VISION

DECATHLON

Objectives 
Full P&L accountability for the innovation strategy, portfolio and means; reporting  to the Managing Director.  Leading,motivating and inspiring 10 direct reports. Overseeing talents and workforce planning around design and innovation. Brand Platform, Design System and Product Strategy 

Key Results

€60Mio+ sales with 4 core innovation products. Build & Run Newfeel Brand Identity and touchpoints. Deliver Vision 2021 for Newfeel and its R&I pipeline.

DIGITAL/READY

INSPIRIT DESIGN

Objectives 
Leading,motivating and inspiring 4 direct reports. Keyaccount management around sport goods. Responsible for commercial prospectionon sport goods. Overseeing creative activities for the design studios.

Key Results 
Successfully launched the 2007 Joma Sport Soccer Range (footwear). Design proposals for Coca-Cola water bottle(Bonaqua) for Asia market. Various product and packaging brand identity creations for Spanish (Fontvella, Zumosol, Pascual).

FUTURING/SPORTS

SALOMON SPORTS

Objectives
Build and Deliver design activities on packaging, brand identity, footwear, consumer goods, hard goods. Leading innovation & prospective programs for snowboard business unit.

Key Results
Launched the PP3 snow skate brand. Deliver a new patented Salomon Binding Delivering the full collections on hardgoods/softgoods products during 4 seasons.

I have worked closely with Nicolas on several Innovation projects over the last 5 years. He has made a momentous contribution to our innovation journey by providing clear direction and unstinted support across all projects partnered. More importantly, he has been instrumental in building an open, honest and mutually rewarding relationship between the two organizations.
